| Managed Tihati's flagship Show at the Sheraton Moana Hotel then at The Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel. 50 cast members were under my supervision, which included dancers, musicians and technical staff. Handled everything from training to quality control of the show. I took care of payroll for the cast as well as their employee files. And I was the soloist dancer in the show and the emcee for the fashion show segment. Training of the cast was not limited to dancing it included grooming, poise, speech and etiquette. | |
